Assorted stuff. And Frenzy.
So it's been quite a while since I did one of these nice update things. Not that I've really been to busy to do it lately, I've just not bothered to as such.
So a couple of Fridays ago I was at the CU Ball. I actually looked smart for once, in kilt and all. And it was a fun night, which was then followed by a very early morning as I had to move out of my flat in Glasgow, so I currently don't live in Glasgow.
Then, last Monday to Friday, the whole CU committee were away retreating in Ayrshire. Was a good week, and got lots of stuff planned and discussed. And ate a lot. And sat in the sun a lot. And got slightly burnt. We went and played ultimate frisbee one day too, which is perhaps the most tiring sport ever, especially when it's very warm and you're wearing thick trousers.
Then on Saturday, it was Frenzy. Woot. It was a pretty amazing day, with some absolutely amazing music. Got up nice and close to the front for a while too, which was great. Right up the front for Hillsong United and the David Crowder Band. Excellent. Here's an example of just how close up front I was.
Yeah, so that was amazing. Since then I've not really been upto much, just unpacking and relaxing and the such, playing bass and guitar at church, watching lots of football and fixing/tweaking a couple of my electric guitar. The fun. And today includes such fun as getting a hair cut, having lunch in town, and buying a wall planner for next year.
Well, I must away now, as I have such a busy day ahead of me. HA, right. I just don't have anything else to write.
Ta-ra.
