A most excellent of days
Well, what a day this has been. Since the nice people at the uni decided to cancel my one class today, I had a whole day to waste. Which was nice. This was very useful, and resulted in me not evening getting up until roughly quarter to twelve. What a life.
And things got even better. Not only did I get to eat a pie and beans for my breakfast/lunch combination meal, and drink that most wonderful of drink that is Irn-Bru, I got to go ice-skating in George Square. And what's even more impressive is that I didn't fall over. Not once. Unlike Peter, who tried to hit me and ended up falling over most spectacularly and rolling along the ice. And unlike Chris, who tried to go fast, and ended up spinning through the air, before landing on his back. Such fun. There was a crazy santa too, whom Alix claims pulled her over when she was skating along. I think she just didn't like him. Perhaps she has some sort of grudge against jolly red men, who knows.
I visited my local Co-op too, where one of only two cashiers, serving a queue of fifteen people, seemed to have forgotten how to work the credit card machine, and then, much to my amusement, appeared to not know how to use a pen. Ah, the joys of shopping.
Quite apart from all these goings on, I have been trying to think of something fun to do to make life interesting. After thinking of several quite poor ideas, such as not using anyones name for a week and trying to speak in a foreign language for a while, I think I might be coming closer to something. I am thinking of calling myself a different name for a week, such as 'Sam', and not responding unless people call me that. Either that or I'm just gonna speak with a Northern Irish accent for a while and see if anyone notices. Still going to try and come up with something better though.
Well, that's all my happenings from today, so you can all get back to your busy lives now.

Ice Skating & Irn Bru, brilliant! nothing better! :)
Why don't you give yourself another name, and then always refer to yourself in third person. Then it would thouroughly confuse everybody except yourself!
(p.S nice blog!)
